Safe agriculture identified as a sustainable direction for the future
HÀ NỘI — Nguyễn Đức Chinh, owner of Gen Xanh Farm in Phúc Thọ District, Hà Nội, had studied and worked abroad for many years, but he still decided to return to his homeland with a passion to bring the knowledge about agriculture he had learned to build an organic production model that both protects the environment and is good for the health of consumers.
“The abuse of pesticides and chemical fertilisers will lead to poisoning,” Chinh said. "I have decided to invest in organic production, without using any pesticides, so it is very safe for consumers."
Given the need to protect consumers' health, many organic and clean agricultural production models have appeared in localities across the country.
In addition to the development of ecological agricultural production models, the city’s traditional craft villages have also boldly invested in clean production processes for the health of consumers.
